MCP Inspector Connection

To connect with MCP Inspector:

  1. Run: npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector
  2. In the inspector, type: connect sse http://localhost:8080/sse
  3. Test with: list tools
  4. Get clinical info: call get_clinical_info --clinical_notes "Patient is an 80-year-old female with obstructive sleep apnea..."
